FORT WAYNE, IN—Brunswick Corp. has opened a new assembly plant here to make high-end pontoon boats and expects to add 200 jobs to its workforce by 2016.
INDIANAPOLIS—Arcamed Inc., which makes trays for surgical instruments, is investing $1.4 million in new equipment for its assembly plant here and will add 71 jobs by 2016.

NOBLESVILLE, IN—Nexxt Spine LLC, a manufacturer of spinal implants, is consolidating operations and moving its headquarters and assembly plant here. The company expects to add 44 jobs by 2018.
TIPTON, IN—Chrysler is investing $162 million at its assembly plant here to produce nine-speed automatic transmissions for front-wheel-drive vehicles. The project is expected to create 850 jobs.
