What is included with Tuesday Conference Package?

Includes everything in Expo Only pass, plus expert-led sessions, lunch and networking breaks on Tuesday, Oct. 27 before the Exhibit Hall opens at 4:00 PM.

I'm an Exhibitor, how do I register?

Exhibiting companies receive 3 complimentary registrations per 100 net square feet (nsf) of paid exhibit space (for example, a 10x10 booth = 3 comp registration, a 10x20 = 6 comp registrations). A custom discount code will be provided to all exhibiting companies by event management upon receipt of exhibit contract. If you need your code resent, please contact registration at TAS@executivevents.com.

Additional Exhibitor Badges above and beyond the complimentary allotment are available for a fee - $10 super early bird, $15 early bird, or $20 standard depending on the time of registration.

Are hotel discounts and parking available?

Yes! Book through our official room block for discounted hotel rates within walking distance of the convention center.

Public parking is available for $20 per day. Directions & Travel Information.

What are the Exhibit Hall Hours?

Tuesday, October 27: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM (Taste of Rosemont Reception 4–7 PM)
Wednesday, October 28: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday, October 29: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Morning Mingle & Breakfast 9–10 AM)

What is the cancellation policy?

Substitutions may be made at any time at no charge.

Cancellations are eligible for refund if requested on or before Sept. 27, 2026. No refunds will be issued after that date.

All requests must be submitted by the registered attendee via email to our registration team at TAS@executivevents.com.
