DUNCAN, SC—Magna International has opened a new 170,000-square-foot assembly plant here to produce exterior mirrors for BMW, Mercedes, Volvo and other OEMs. The new assembly plant currently employs some 255 employees, but that number is expected to grow to 400 jobs over the next few years.
