LORDSTOWN, OH—GM has added a week of production at its assembly plant here to meet growing demand for the Chevrolet Cruze. The plant was originally scheduled to be closed the week of August 26, but now the plant will continue to operate as normal.
MARYSVILLE, OH—Honda Motor Co. will invest $215 million in engine assembly plant in Anna, OH, and its vehicle assembly plant in Marysville, OH. These new investments bring to nearly $2.7 billion the amount Honda has invested in its North American operations in the last three years.

MASON, OH—Electronics assembler EPIC Technologies has relocated its operations from a 56,000-square-foot facility in Lebanon, OH, to a 74,000-square-foot assembly plant here. The company is also celebrating its 25th anniversary.
DAYTON, TN—Goodman Manufacturing, a manufacturer of air conditioning and heating equipment, will invest $2 million to expand its assembly plant here, with plans to create 200 jobs.
