SMYRNA, TN—Workers from Nissan’s assembly plant here met on Tuesday with United Auto Workers union representatives to discuss another organizing effort at the Japanese automaker’s first U.S. factory.
NASHVILLE, TN—Teledyne Electronic Manufacturing Services will expand its assembly plant here to accommodate a new product line. The project is expected to create close to 100 new jobs.
TRENTON, TN—About 250 jobs are expected to be created when MacLean Power Systems opens a new assembly plant here. The facility will make connectors, anchoring systems and other components for electrical transmission systems.
