HALTOM CITY, TX — Collins Aerospace Systems, a unit of United Technologies Corp., expects to create 40 new jobs as it expands its landing systems operations here.
NEW BRAUNFELS, TX—Continental will invest about $110 million to build a new 215,000-square-foot assembly plant here to make products for advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS). The factory will retain approximately 450 jobs in Texas and add more than 130 new positions to the city.
SEGUIN, TX — United Alloy Inc., a Wisconsin metal fabricator, plans to invest $35 million in a new factory outside San Antonio, TX, company and local officials recently announced.

MCKINNEY, TX—Raytheon will build a 200,000-square-foot assembly plant here, supporting 500 new high-tech jobs at its Space and Airborne Systems headquarters. Construction will be completed in late 2020.
CIBOLO, TX—A supplier for Toyota and other automakers is expected to break ground in September on a new assembly plant here that will provide 900 full-time jobs.
MANITOWOC, WI—Tramontina USA Inc., a manufacturer of metal cookware, is ending its US manufacturing operations due to increased costs from tariffs on components such as aluminum, steel studs and glass lids.
ARLINGTON, TX—General Motors Co. is investing an additional $20 million at its assembly plant here to upgrade conveyors in preparation for the launch of GM’s all-new full-size SUVs. GM has invested more than $1.4 billion in the facility since 2015.
EAST EL PASO, TX—Tokyo-based Foster Electric plans to add an automotive speaker factory to its distribution facility here in 2020 and create 40 new jobs.
