Justification Letter
[Insert Manager's Name],
I would like to get your approval to attend The ASSEMBLY Show, produced by ASSEMBLY magazine, taking place in Rosemont, IL from October 22-24, 2024.
This annual event unites decision makers and leading suppliers across the assembly manufacturing industries to deliver education full of actionable business solutions and an opportunity to get hands on with cutting-edge technology, connect in person with some of the most influential leaders and companies and address pressing challenges impacting our business. I hope to equip myself with new resources and knowledge to bring back to our organization.
At this event I will be able to learn how to adapt business growth strategies, leverage data technology, and keep a pulse on the latest emerging technologies in assembly automation, AI, robotics, fastening & Joining and EV assembly, to name a few.
I have reviewed the exhibitor list and identified several companies that I would like to visit to evaluate their assembly technology and interact with their equipment during the 3-day exhibition. I’ll also be able to take part in several networking events to build a robust, useful network for collaboration, potential partnerships and further establish existing business relationships.
Below is the approximate cost of attending for your review:
Airfare: $
Hotel: $
Meals: $
Registration: FREE until September 20, 2024
Total: $
Our company’s presence at this event represents a valuable opportunity to stay on top of trends, learn new processes and make connections that will ultimately benefit our organization. Upon my return I will be able to share key takeaways and solutions we can start to implement immediately. Thank you in advance for your consideration.
Best regards,[Your name]
