JACKSONVILLE, FL—Aveo Engineering, which makes LED lighting for aircraft, is investing $7.5 million to build a new assembly plant in Flagler County, FL. The plant is expected to employ 300 people.

BETTENDORF, IA—LEDS America is moving production of its LED-based light bulbs from China to a new $12 million assembly plant under construction here. The plant is expected to employ 130 to 150 people.
