STATESVILLE, N.C. —Doosan Bobcat North America announced a temporary production suspension at its manufacturing facilities.

BISMARCK, ND—A vote to unionize Bobcat’s assembly plant here failed late last week. A number of workers had formed a campaign to join the United Steelworkers Union, but the workers ultimately voted not to form a union at this time.

BISMARCK, ND—Bobcat Co. has begun construction of a $20 million renovation and expansion of its assembly plant here. Bobcat has already hired an additional 135 people for the expanded facility.

BISMARK, ND—More than $6 million in renovations later, Bobcat is bringing more than 400 jobs back to its assembly plant here.

VALLEY CITY, ND—Deere & Co. has begun construction of a $20 million expansion of its assembly plant here. Up to 100 new jobs are expected with the expansion.
