COLUMBUS, WI—Hydraulic equipment manufacturer Enerpac has begun constructing a $17 million assembly plant here.

FLETCHER, NC—Automotive supplier BorgWarner plans to invest $24 million to add 80 jobs and install new equipment for its assembly plant here.

MUKWONAGO, WI—AptarGroup Inc., a manufacturer of dispensers for pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and consumer products, will invest $50 million in new equipment for its assembly plant and R&D facility here.

EVANSTON, IL—Following several years of losses, industrial employment in Wisconsin increased by a half percent over the past 12 months. Wisconsin gained 3,896 industrial jobs between July 2011 and July 2012.
