Key Highlights of the Agreement:

UAW leaders credited the success to members’ solidarity, including rallies, grievances, and ongoing advocacy. They highlighted the role of Antonio Filosa, Stellantis' North American COO, in fostering a collaborative relationship. UAW President Shawn Fain described these commitments as a testament to holding corporations accountable and ensuring job security for workers.
Despite these achievements, UAW leadership acknowledged ongoing challenges caused by layoffs and emphasized the importance of staying organized and vigilant.
