The TS5000 robot controller has been developed with Industry 4.0 in mind. The controller is 33 percent smaller than previous versions. It weighs 10 kilograms with 370 millimeter width, 150 millimeter height and 355 millimeter depth. The compact design allows for easy installation. It has dedicated ports for status feedback and control, such as vision interfacing and system control. For non-protocol communication, the TS5000 has eight available ports. It offers an increase in file storage, providing eight times more capacity than previous versions. The controller also has expandable storage up to 32 gigbytes with the addition of an SD card. The controller is compatible with several machines from TM Robotics.
