The TS9800 series jet valve dispensing system includes the piezo-actuated jet valve and the TS980 smart controller. The noncontact jetting technology reduces scrap during the dispensing process. The jet valve can dispense dots and lines as small as 0.5 nanoliter at up to 1,500 hertz continuous and 2,000 hertz in maximum bursts. The system can dispense a wide range of fluid types and viscosities. The smart controller features a touchscreen interface and Wi-Fi connection to allow users to monitor and make parameter adjustments remotely.
