The Premium Auto Feed features automatic screw feeding and screw-driving in one system. The system automatically sends screws from the bowl to the screwdriver. The positioning and tightening of the screw on the workpiece is semiautomatic, eliminating manually picking up the screw. Tool integration options for the Premium Auto Feed include the ASG X-PAQ torque and angle drivers, and pneumatic or electric clutch drivers. Two models are available, Forward Stroke and Telescoping. The Forward Stroke is for restricted access application, such as impeding side walls, and allows for “no surface touch” applications. The Telescoping is for standard applications and allows for control of final screw height.
