DENSO’s new VS robots offer cycle times as fast as 0.33 second-the fastest in their class-with reaches from 500 to 900 millimeters, payload capacities up to 7 kilograms, and repeatability to within ±0.02 millimeter. Ultraslim arms and a bottom-side cable connection facilitate integration and save floor space. A new internal wiring option allows easy mounting of Gigabit Ethernet devices and servo grippers. A new IP67 protection option resists cutting chips and high-pressure washing. The robots can be floor-, ceiling- or wall-mounted with no special hardware required.
