TORONTO-Samsung C&T and Korea Electric Power Corp. plan to build a series of wind and solar power “clusters” in Ontario over the next 20 years. The $7 billion deal includes the creation of local plants to provide key components, such as blades, wind towers, solar modules and inverters.
