DAYTONA BEACH, FL-Double-digit sales increases have triggered a growth spurt at AO Precision Manufacturing's plant on Mason Avenue.
About 15 employees were added recently, bringing the work force up to 140 for the maker of components for weapons used by the military and civilians. A 6,000-square-foot addition to the 38,000-square-foot plant is being brought online in the near future. And AO, known until early last year as Advanced Ordnance, posted $25 million in sales this year, said Bob Short, the company's operations manager.MORE
