Vantico Acquires Degussa

EAST LANSING, MI--Vantico Inc. has acquired the Agomet and Atlas adhesives and tooling business from the Degussa Business Unit of Roehm Specialty Acrylics (Dusseldorf, Germany).

Degussa specializes in methacrylate, epoxy and polyurethane adhesives. Vantico provides coatings, adhesives, structural composites, tooling materials, and electrical and electronic insulation for the automotive, electronic, electrical, aerospace and consumer goods industries.
