As a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in technology and enterprise management, Simone is a proven transformational leader, helping diverse-level teams create effective outcomes and establish organizational goals. In her new role, Simone will oversee Social Business Enterprise operations, with a focus on Lighthouse Industries.
Simone began her professional career at Rockwell International Graphics Systems Division, in their data processing department, where she learned the importance of developing stellar customer relationships. As she advanced within the organization, Simone used technology sector knowledge to champion projects with clients such as Andersen Consulting, CNA Insurance, and the United States Veterans Health Administration.
Simone is active with several community organizations, serving as a volunteer for the United Way and a board member for the Heritage Community Corporation and on EVOL. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Iowa and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
