Richard has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from UNC-Charlotte, an Associates degree in Computer Engineering Technology from Forsyth Tech-nical College and has worked for Bosch Rexroth for 29 years with experience in the following categories: Cartesian product management, custom robotic solu-tions, linear motion product engineering, Scara / Six Axis robot engineering, manufacturing engineering and production supervision. Currently he is an Au-tomation Engineering Manager responsible for product management, technical sales and engineering support for Mechatronic solutions. With a strong passion for automation, he’s not only presented at industry conferences but also been published and quoted in trade magazines worldwide.
