Schwanbeck served nearly ten years in the Wisconsin Army National Guard as an M1A1 Tank Mechanic and E4 specialist. Schwanbeck earned a service award for Operation Desert Storm, and his leadership skills and distinction earned him “Trooper of the Year.” Schwanbeck’s leadership skills have been instrumental in pushing Pro-Active Engineering to the highest standards of quality including ISO 9000, and ITAR certification. Under Schwanbeck Pro-Active Engineering has had strong growth, last year alone Pro-Active Engineering grew by 62%.
