TECHNICAL EXPERTISE

Olga Eliseeva works in the resistance and solid-state welding group at EWI where she focuses on design of experiments, data science, resistance welding, and additive manufacturing.


BACKGROUND & PROJECT EXPERIENCE

Olga’s experience includes research and development in polymer degradation, machine learning/big data, metals additive manufacturing, and organic solar cells. Prior to joining EWI, Olga held a four-year internship with Air Force Research Laboratories in machine learning for additive manufacturing. Her research activities began at the University of Akron where she studied the Design of the Active Layer of Organic Solar Cells. She moved on to an undergraduate research position at Case Western Reserve University investigating Degradation of Aromatic Polymers in Solar Panels and completed graduate research in Additive Manufacturing of Functional Gradients at Texas A&M University. Olga has presented her work widely at academic and professional conferences.
