Norbert Baeuml has been working for more than 20 years in the industry with a strong focus on automotive manufacturing. He joined the Kistler Instrumente GmbH in 1998 as a sales engineer in the Joining Systems Strategic Business Field. Over the years, he has taken on different roles within sales. 18 years ago, he added electrical joining systems to the product portfolio. In 2012, he assumed the role of the head of the business field joining systems.
