Karl Stillman re- joined the Group in October 2018 bring with him 35 years in the plastic industry as well as sitting on the senior leadership team in Asia, he is responsible for the Group’s business development activities in the region. Typical Rosti business covers a full spectrum of high value-added services including product design and engineering, supply chain and supplier management, advanced manufacturing and test process development and new product introduction management. Karl has significant cross border experience having expatriated to Asia for six years and contributing to the business growth throughout his tenure. He has also spent considerable time in Poland building up the Rosti platform in Eastern Europe.
Prior to re-joining Rosti, Karl worked for the OnePlastics Group one of the plastic holdings within IPL Plastics PLC, a EUR600m Irish plastic injection moulding business specialising in retail packaging, environmental containers and industrial products. He was part of the senior management team, reporting in to the CEO, overlooking six manufacturing sites in UK, Ireland and China.
